They were able to remove silly putty that I was unsuccessful at removing. I tried every carpet cleaning product sold, every YouTube video, I had come to terms it could not be remove. To my surprise Dan was able to get it out and remove all the colour stain. I would highly recommend Heaven’s Best.

We had our carpets cleaned by Heaven's Best on several occasions during the past few years and consistently the service has been prompt, punctual and impeccable. Every time the carpets looked fresher and revived and stains looked quite imperceptible. The very last was for a rental property and we had a hard time arranging the right time with the tenants and a couple of times we had to change the appointment ,one with only a few days notice; and each time, Dan was willing to be accommodating and reschedule without any cost or hassle whatsoever. This one time the carpets were at their worst. After cleaned and dried we noticed some of the stains still remained and perhaps more could have been done. With the previous very personal business relationship established we felt confident to call Dan to explain our areas of concern and Dan not only was willing to listen but acted in a promptly manner offering to come back and try once again with a different concentration of products to target the potential ph of the particular unknown cause of the stain. I must say that this positive attitude and response to feedback is hard to come across and it is the reason we have found Heaven's Best to be exceptional at what they do!

Called to say they would be a little delayed, but arrived sooner than they had said. Nice. The staff were very pleasant and easy to talk to. Advised that noise would be loud before they started working so to be prepared for it as they would be using headphones. They worked well, fast and advised that the couch may take a little longer to dry than expected as it was very dirty. Would definitely recommend them.

I wanted to extend a great big thanks to Dan @ heavens best. I was so pleased with how clean and fluffy my carpet turned out. I had so many people comment on how soft they felt after cleaning. I have never received customer service before like I received from Dan. Because we were doing a move in; I really wanted the carpets done before the furniture moved in and were waiting on keys and wasn't really sure what time we would get them. Dan was amazing and worked on our schedule and was at the house within a 1/2 hour of move in. By the time the trucks arrived with the furniture; the carpet was cleaned, Dan was packed up and gone; and the carpets were already dry. It couldn't of worked out better. Thank you Dan and Heavens Best your service is amazing.

He was the only one that returned our call after leaving messages with numerous local carpet cleaning companies. We were impressed with his professionalism from beginning to end. We recently had a red wine spill on a brand new carpet and Dan answered the phone on a Sunday evening, talked my wife through what to do immediately and was there the next day to deal with our carpet "Emergency".
