Advised that noise would be loud before they started working so to be prepared for it as they would be using headphones. It became our good fortune when my daughter, whom had tried to contact an acquaintance in the carpet cleaning service was unable to. That's how we were able to find Dan Doolan the franchise owner of Heaven's Best Organic carpet & upholstery cleaning and believe me when I say "what a blessing". Dan and his brother-in -law (Scott) who by the way is training with Dan in an effort to open his own franchise in Burlington-Oakville area, after we found and called them out of the phone book came to our house, explained how their cleaning system worked and that it was organic (children & pet friendly) and dry in one hour. Dan and Scott got right to work on our carpets which had seen three years of children food and juice spill's, coffee spill's from previous tenants and just a lot of wear and tear. After a couple of hour's they had finished everything we had requested they do and it was already looking much better than two hour's previous. I couldn't believe my eye's what a difference. They left and Dan said that if we were unhappy with any area's he had cleaned to call him and he would be back to make things right (if possible, some carpets are just worn out). That night we noticed a few marks that had not quite come out and my daughter called Dan, he told her he would be around to see us the next afternoon, which he did at exactly 3:30 p.m. He and Scott both arrived back to check out the area's in question. 20 minutes later and the job completed to our total satisfaction, they left. I wish to say that if all business owners cared for their customers satisfaction and were as professional and friendly as Dan and Scott are, people would not have to be so paranoid about who they hire for services they need.
